The tavern setting with everyone drinking beer and celebrating the repeal of Prohibition shows that this was filmed sometime after December 5, 1933, the passage date of the 21st Amendment to the Constitution. This short was released on March 30, 1934, and was the Stooges' final on-screen appearances with Ted Healy. Numerous sources list this short incorrectly as being from 1932, and Curly's 1st on-screen appearance. Songwriters Mack Gordon and Harry Revel mingle on a soundstage's nightclub set with various celebrities, while bartender Ben Turpin provides refreshments.
